Our rates are nett and quoted in U.S dollars and per person. Rates are valid throughout 2012 except for the Special Deals in low season (May to Aug)

Reservation
To make a reservation, Mekong river cruises requires names in full, gender and date of birth. Cruise reservation will be confirmed within 2 days and a deposit 30% of the total price shall be required

Full payment
Payment in full is due no later than 60 days prior to the date of services. Failure to pay by the due date may result in the cancellation of the booking. Method of payment will be subject to the flexible choices offered in our Payment section.

Refund are sometimes limited with strict terms and conditions as we usually need to prepay some cruiseliners, let alone our negotiated rates are obtained through committing to advance payment. Amendment within 30-45 days of departure may be regarded as a cancellation and subject to cancellation penalty. Unless indicated otherwise at or prior to the time of reservation, cancellations will be applieds as follow:
- Less than 60 days before departure: 60% of balance cost refundable
- Less than 45 days before departure: 30% of balance cost refundable
- Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the balance cost non-refundable
Deposit is automatically forfeited and no refund will be given for any unused or canceled services once the tour has commenced

We strongly recommend that a comprehensive travel insurance policy be purchased at the time of booking your trip. Ask your insurance agent or have our sales experts reviewed your insurance policy.

Our price does not include travel insurance, passport and visa fees, gratuities, laundry, phone calls and other communication costs, drinks, meals not listed in the itinerary, and all items of a personal nature. Halong Junk Cruise is also not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest and must be borne by passengers. Airline schedules and local conditions may be affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, we will endeavor to substitute suitable arrangement of similar value.
